Contact our main office for further details on per-pet fees and deposits, along with our community’s established dog breed restrictions: Pit bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers.
If you have pets, please see your leasing representative for more information. These restrictions and deposit requirements do not apply to qualified assistance animals.
All pets must be registered at https://rooseveltla.petscreening.com before moving in.
